1. Seller and contact details

The seller is Frame Wearable, Inc., registered in Delaware, United States under registration number 10728944. Its registered office is 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, Delaware 19713, United States.

Questions and reservation requests can be sent to support@muraband.com. Never send payment-card details or private medical information.

2. Eligibility and reservation formation

You must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid delivery address in one of the 50 United States or Washington, DC. U.S. territories and international destinations are not supported at launch.

You may reserve the quantity available on the storefront; a separate $99 deposit applies to each Mura Band. The selected quantity and total deposit are shown before payment.

A payment confirmation does not by itself constitute acceptance. Mura accepts your reservation when payment succeeds and Mura issues an order confirmation through Shopify to the email address you provide.

Mura may reject or cancel a reservation before shipment where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, an unsupported address, an inventory error, or an inability to supply the product. If Mura cancels, it will refund every amount paid.

3. What your reservation includes

Each $99 fully refundable deposit reserves one Mura Band, subject to the development and shipping terms below. The total device price is $249 per Mura Band, plus applicable tax.

Your $99 deposit is credited toward that price, leaving $150 per device due before shipping. This deposit is not payment in full. No membership charge is collected with your reservation.

Your reservation is fully refundable if you cancel before shipment. A reservation does not enroll you in membership. It is not an investment, donation, research participation, or payment for medical services.

Prices above are before discounts. If you use the survey thank-you offer, the reservation deposit is $89.10 and the device total is $239.10; the $150 device balance and membership prices stay the same.

Mura membership is required for core measurements and app functionality and is additional to the device price: $14.99/month or $149/year per band, plus applicable tax. Membership starts on activation after delivery, with separate enrollment. Your reservation does not start a membership or authorize recurring charges.

Your chosen plan renews monthly or annually until you cancel. Cancel future renewals at any time by emailing support@muraband.com before your next billing date. Membership stays active until the end of the paid period. After it expires, you can still view and export your existing data without charge. Recording new measurements, running experiments, and generating new insights require an active membership.

Canceling membership does not delete your data. Account and data deletion are separate choices; see our app privacy commitments.

The color selected on the storefront is recorded in your Shopify reservation and Mura will confirm the preference by email. If a selected color cannot be supplied, Mura will offer an available alternative or a full refund.

Mura is completing final engineering, system integration, wearability refinement, and production preparation. Final specifications may change.

If Mura proposes a material change, it will explain the change and ask you to accept it by a stated deadline or cancel for a full refund. If you do not accept by that deadline, Mura will cancel the unshipped reservation and refund every amount paid.

4. Reservation payment, tax, and shipping

The amount charged at checkout is a $99 deposit per Mura Band, plus any applicable sales tax displayed before payment.

The remaining $150 per device is due before shipping. We will contact you with instructions to pay the balance; it will not be charged automatically.

Standard shipping to supported U.S. addresses is included at no additional charge. Any applicable tax will be disclosed before each payment.

Mura Band reservations are currently estimated to ship in Spring 2027, as described in our Shipping Policy.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify checkout. Mura receives payment status and identifiers but does not receive or store your full card number.

5. Cancellations, returns, and warranty

You may cancel for any reason before shipment for a full refund of every amount paid, including applicable tax.

After delivery, you have 30 calendar days to request a return, with a prepaid label for supported U.S. addresses and no restocking fee for eligible returns. See our Return and Refund Policy for the full process, refund timing, and protections if shipping is delayed or the product changes.

Mura includes a one-year limited hardware warranty from delivery. These protections do not reduce any stronger rights already provided to existing customers.

6. Product status and app privacy

Mura is in development. Product and app images show concepts, and app screens may contain sample data. Final design, features, and specifications may change.

Mura is not an FDA-authorized medical blood-pressure monitor and is not intended for emergency monitoring or to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. See our Legal Notice for product status and use limitations.

Our Mura app privacy commitments describe the health-data protections we are building toward. They are separate from the storefront Privacy Policy and do not describe a finished app. Reserving a device does not opt you into research or model training.
