For reservation questions, cancellations, returns, shipping, warranty support, or questions about an existing order, write from the email address used at checkout and include the purchaser name and Shopify order confirmation or payment reference if available.
If your payment was made through an earlier checkout, its original receipt or payment reference is also accepted.
For privacy questions, you do not need to have placed an order.
