Product status

Mura Band is a wearable in development, designed to help users explore personal blood-pressure patterns. Mura's product direction and core sensing technology are established.

Engineering is completing final system integration, refining fit and everyday wear, and preparing manufacturing, safety, and quality processes for production.

Final specifications will be confirmed before shipping. Product images and app screens are concepts. App screens may contain sample data and do not represent measurements from a finished product.

Hardware, software, materials, battery life, connectivity, features, specifications, and timing may change before production.

Current reservation offer

Reserve one Mura Band with a $99 fully refundable deposit at checkout, plus any applicable sales tax displayed before payment.

The total device price is $249 per Mura Band, plus applicable tax. Your $99 deposit is credited toward that price, leaving $150 per device due before shipping.

We will contact you to pay the balance; it will not be charged automatically. No membership charge is collected with your reservation. Mura membership is required and is additional to the device price: $14.99/month or $149/year per band, plus applicable tax. Membership starts on activation after delivery, through separate enrollment. This reservation does not start membership or authorize recurring charges.

Standard U.S. shipping is included. Shipping is currently estimated for Spring 2027. This is an estimated shipping window, not a guaranteed dispatch or delivery date.

You may cancel for any reason before shipment for a full refund of every amount paid, including any applicable tax. If timing or the product changes materially, Mura will explain the update and allow you to accept it or cancel for a full refund.

If Mura cannot supply the product, it will cancel the unshipped reservation and refund every amount paid.

A reservation is not an investment, subscription, membership, donation, research participation, or payment for medical services.

Existing reservations and orders

Existing reservations and paid-in-full orders remain governed by the terms presented when they were placed. They will not be automatically converted to this new offer or charged again. Nothing in this notice reduces the rights of an existing customer.

Product use and regulatory status

Mura is designed to help users explore personal blood-pressure patterns. Describing a product as intended for wellness does not establish its regulatory status or exempt it from applicable requirements.

It is not an FDA-authorized medical blood-pressure monitor, its performance has not been established for medical use, and it does not provide emergency alerts.

Do not use Mura to diagnose or manage a condition, change medication or treatment, decide whether to seek emergency care, delay care, or replace an appropriate FDA-authorized device or professional medical care.

FCC equipment authorization

Mura is subject to Federal Communications Commission rules. Sale and delivery are conditional upon successful completion of any applicable FCC equipment authorization process. Mura will not deliver the product before that process is successfully completed.

If authorization is not completed, Mura will cancel the unshipped reservation and issue a full refund to the original payment method. FCC rules governing conditional sales do not determine any other consumer-protection, contractual, or legal right you may have under federal or state law.

Returns, warranty, and privacy

Our Return and Refund Policy includes cancellation before shipment and a 30-day return period from delivery, with prepaid return labels for supported U.S. addresses and no restocking fee for eligible returns.

Mura also includes a one-year limited hardware warranty from delivery.
